Well, something I did to try and help get the feel was CS_Office, all enemies Expert Bots with knife only and on Terrorist. They run faster than you because they always have the knife out, they can one hit kill if they get behind you, there's a lot of them (If you add as many as you can) and it's fun with 2 friends.

But that's just my idea. You could also do Zombie Master, or even that Zombie Mod for Garry's Mod.
