Fallout 3 will be 50%-80% the size of Oblivion

It’s designed to feel like what the capital’s wasteland should feel like – a post-apocalyptic world where people scratch out an existence in these settlements – as opposed to Oblivion where it was the capital province at the height of the reign of this empire, with big bustling cities. It’s a change in scope and focus in what’s going on in this world.”

Sounds good to me. I don't even think I've explored 20% of Oblivion so 50%-80% of that size for FO3 is plenty, imo. Then again, the bigger the better so even if they do go 100% thats fine too.

Games are getting shorter. Who bothered to finish the latest GTA game? 50% of people didn't finish HL2 EP1. Shorter, better, faster, more. Welcome to the future of gaming.

NOoooO!!!! Bad! Sort is bad! Full length games (Half-Life / Half-Life 2 size) are far better IMO.

Still, 50-80% of Oblivion is bloody massive. By far satisfactory for what will hopefully be an excellent game
