I seen this one, where the one student asked John Kerry a question and they start taking him away and he's still talking and they put him on the ground and stun him.
Did you see where it skipped? Where he was being pushed along, literally being picked up. You would think the person who filmed it left some part of it out until he was on the floor.
You would think the guy would put up a struggle but unless he's putting an officer in danger via means of assault then really there's no need for a taze.
This isn't the whole story, apparently the cameraman and the guy that gets tazed had already disrupted the forum earlier, shouting abuse at Kerry. They had previously been asked to leave.
Besides, the security are just doing their job, the way people react every time a cop uses their tazer, baton or firearm is bullshit. No matter what a cop does they're screwed.
Shoot, taze or otherwise injure (accidentally or otherwise) someone and they get abused by the public.
Do nothing and they get abused by the public.
