Don't be mistaken by the name, it's not related to L4D. Someone thought they were being funny I guess when they uploaded that video. What is is though is a map from the HL2 Zombie modification No More Room in Hell. Both the map and the mod look awesome. I'm hoping the same people mod some badass maps like this for L4D.

Some good suggestions there Mock, but I think the limiting of weapons to pistol, knife and axe is a good idea.

Any limiting of choice is a bad idea.

The way I see it they have a good setup of choosing weapons in the safe zone and then getting better ones as you go, if you're lucky.

Uh, in STEAM, in the "Tools" tab it should have Source SDK Base and Source SDK in there, just download them (free) and go for it... Anything further I have no idea...

A map with bad textures and an un-inspired design with props which lead to framerate drops along with infected and survival placements that are in very unbalanced places.

Oh wait.. that'll probably be the first custom map released.
